We, Eusylvanians

Delineable both socially and geographically,
Eusylvania—literally, the ‘good forest’—exists first and foremost as a state of mind: one that seeks to reorient our relationship to the wild, to each other, and to the divine.

Questioning longstanding Western trends of secularization, economization, and hyper-rational discourse, the platform serves as a social matrix in which members engage and elaborate both newfound and traditional methods of (re)enchanting the contemporary social landscape.

Drawing upon diverse philosophical, religious, artistic, and scientific traditions of the West, Eusylvanians move to resacralize long misappreciated notions of nature, community, and cosmos—recognizing each as a ‘good forest’ to which one may be reconciled and thereby transformed.

In our varied yet resonant activities and outlooks, members find fellowship and friendship through an embrace of a new trans-secular, sacro-social whole.
